Product Availability:Canovas Fragrance products available for purchase online include the quintet of luxury Eaux de Parfum and the nine fragrances in candles and natural room sprays. All products are subject to availability.
Prices displayed on the Canovas Fragrance website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate and current, errors may occur. Title to products you order on this website and risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.
Sales tax applies only to New York residents.
Shipping and Delivery:For security reasons, Canovas Fragrance online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS. All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow two business days to process your order for shipment. In addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (UPS next day, second-day, ground, etc.). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Canovas Fragrance cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
Shipping Fees:Shipping fees will vary according to your selected shipping method and the size of your order. At checkout, the cost of shipping your order is calculated and added to your total as a line item so that you can see what the actual shipping charge is.
For online purchases, Canovas Fragrance will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slip. We will not accept merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery. Please note that items will only be exchanged if they are returned unused and in new condition.
Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at Manuel Canovas stores or at retailers of Manuel Canovas. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and that a different return policy may be applicable for in-store purchases.
We recommend shipping returned or exchanged merchandise via UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes, and that a customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Manuel Canovas will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen or mishandled.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
